Married in 1978, with three grown children and five grandchildren, Rick and Eleanor homeschooled their children for 19 years. Together they served as private Christian School teachers. Rick also served as a Private High School Administrator, while Eleanor served as a Private Homeschool Covering Administrator.  Rick is currently teaching several of his grandsons American, World and Bible History as part of their home school education.

Rick graduated from Dallas Bible College with a Bachelor of Science in Biblical Studies and Youth Ministry (1982) and from Dallas Theological Seminary with a Master of Arts in Christian Education and Family Life Ministry (1986).

He was licensed to the Gospel Ministry in 1987, ordained in 1995 under the SBC and ordained again in 2012 under DTMC.

Rick was an Associate Pastor of Christian Education & Youth for 18 years, in Massachusetts and Florida. He served on various Youth Ministry and Elder Boards and was an  Interim Pastor in a local church. He is available for pulpit supply and is a retreat, seminar and commencement speaker.

Rick is a Certified Bible Teacher with the Association of Christian Schools International (ASCI) and a Certified Teacher with the Evangelical Training Association (ETA).  He is also an Executive Certified Human Behavior Consultant with Uniquely You & the Leadership Institute of America.

He has been the Executive Director of DesignerTruth Ministry Center since 2011.  He currently teaches all of the DTMC courses, workshops and seminars, many of which are recorded and available on this website under "Online Studies".

Eleanor is Co-Director of DTMC.  She is an Accountant with 40+ years of Bookkeeping / Accounting experience.  She currently maintains all DTMC records and provides support for all ministry activities.
